Larry is a Founding Partner of BVP. Since 1983, Larry Rothstein has been the driving force behind Source’s growth and continual innovation. At Source, “ideas inspire action" with insight-driven creative, media, and sponsorship solutions leading to results.
Larry co-founded Source on the belief that clients can leverage their co-op funds to generate strategically-sound marketing programs. Source quickly attracted national brands such as Hewlett-Packard, Ford Motor Company, Benjamin Moore and Nikon.
To best serve its clients, Source expanded its offering to include brand development and sports and event marketing services. Source was a critical player in the successful launch of Amtrak’s Acela and its subsequent domination of the Northeast Corridor, Hewlett-Packard’s move into digital photography retail services, Sony’s rise in the digital camera category, and Wise Snack’s reversal of sales declines and distributor losses. The power of ideas also persuaded Subway to partner with Source for its largest market (NY, NJ, and CT) along with 15 additional regions.
As an award-winning agency, Source was selected as the Super Bowl XLVIII Host Committee agency (2014) and has a number of top roster clients including CohnReznick (the 10th largest accounting firm in the country) and Investors Bank (the largest bank in New Jersey).
Source has always been committed to using the agency’s talents and resources to support not-for-profit organizations, including Jewish National Fund, ORT America, and the Anti-Defamation League.
Born in Brooklyn, Larry’s parents moved the family to LA to follow their beloved Dodgers. Larry remained on the West Coast to earn his BA from San Francisco State University before returning to NY to launch his career.
